Field Service Technician

Job Description
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all the gaming devices for the company. This includes gaming machines, ATM's and cash dispensers. Safe loading and unloading of supplies being delivered. Additional tasks will be assigned as necessary.
Job Responsibilities
o Respond to machine and money calls in a timely manner
o Prioritize calls according to urgency and current location
o Communicate with other techs to efficiently manage open calls of all types
o Troubleshoot gaming devices and make repairs as needed
o Utilizes the cash management system to address money needs in conjunction with management
o Manages inventory of the route van to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
o Interacts with clerks, management, and customers to solve gaming disputes
o Completes all necessary documentation for device entry logs
o Preforms drops/auditing procedures on slot machines, dispensers, and ATM's
o Deliver product from warehouse to locations
o Maintain a clean vehicle, monitor fluids levels, report damage or necessary repairs
Qualifications
o High School Diploma or Equivalent
o At least 21 years of age
o Valid Illinois driver's license
o Clean and current DMV printout
o Must be able to obtain a Terminal Handlers License (Company will supply paperwork)
Occupational Standards
o Ability to stand for long periods of time
o Ability to bend and lift up to 60 lbs. as needed
o Excellent communication skills
o Proficient with basic PC skills, i.e.:
Microsoft Office
o Ability to be flexible with hoursEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
