Key
Responsibilities:
Review and enter Purchase Orders from customers - double checking pricing and information is accurate Invoicing preparation - entering data in Sage from PO to billing Customers Data entry for Accounts Receivable - applying payments accurately in Sage and questioning discrepancies Assist with Collections activities as assigned Monitoring shared customer service email inbox Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support the finance department and overall business objectives Provide general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to:
mailing, scanning, filing, faxing and copying Potential supervisory role for candidates with exceptional experience Skills to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or related experience in lieu of degree 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounting or Customer Service roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment Positive attitude and welcoming personality Attention to detail Consistency with following-up on open tasks to resolution Comfortable asking questions and learning new processes Quick learner - adept at taking good notes during training Experience with Sage, Excel & Microsoft Outlook are a must We offer:
