We're seeking for a self-starter, drivenSenior Financial Analystto join our dynamic Americas Finance Team.
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support key business initiatives and drive financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional financial modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
TheSeniorFinancial Analystwill be responsible for the following:
Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgeting models to management, providing insights into key financial metrics and performance drivers.
Develop and implement methods and techniques to improve forecasting, financial evaluations and analyses, financial processes, and system functionality.
Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support decision-making and drive operational improvements.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and other departments to gather data, validate assumptions, and drive process improvements.
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation and refinement of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel Dashboards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration 3 or more years of Accounting or Financial Planning and Analysis experience Experience using ERP systems, consolidation and visualization tools (NetSuite, PBCS, and Tableau a plus) Experience using Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
) Experience in Manufacturing or Distributionenvironment Advanced knowledge of Excel, manipulating data via use of pivots / lookups, VBA/Macros, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in fast paced collaborative environment navigating ambiguity and complexity.
