$56K $300 sign-on bonus after the completion of a 90-day probationary period The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to management and employees as well as other special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for making recommendations on improving HR policies, processes, practices, and other changes to the HR Department.
The HR Coordinator ensures an efficient workflow within the HR department and acts as a liaison between the HR Manager and other employees regarding any questions and/or concerns.

Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations as well as educating employees with plan information and updates.
Processes required documentation and communication to payroll and carriers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
Plans and executes companywide annual open enrollment.
Reconciles benefit statements.
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and compliance processes.
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
Perform new hire orientations, assist new hires with their on-boarding documentation, I-9 Authorizations, as well as maintaining onboarding dashboard in HRIS system.
Completes E-Verify and maintains I-9 files.
Conduct audits as necessary.
Assign employee access cards, inventory, ordering, and distribution of the same.
Order and maintain employee shirt inventory; distribute shirts and company gifts to employees.
Schedules, organizes, and executes all HR employee engagement events for the calendar year.
Works with necessary departments to order all materials needed, set up and execute a successful event.
Coordinate with the department managers and the HR Manager for the distribution of Employee Awards monthly.
Maintains attendance records, time and attendance records, time-off requests and attendance point system in HRIS system.
Maintain and order supplies including but not limited to HR forms, brochures, posters, handbooks, etc.
Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy.
Support the HR department and management with the performance review process.
Maintains performance dashboard by creating and maintaining review forms and cycles, ensuring on time delivery and receipt.
Keeps up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Compiles payroll data such as Garnishments, PTO time, insurance and 401(k) deductions.
Maintains data within the HRIS system to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Adjusts, corrections and edits information as necessary.
Contacts various department supervisors/managers for any missed times; edits time transactions (i.
e.
, any missing or incorrect punches) Direct Deposit authorization.
Monthly KPI reports.
Coordinates with the HR manager and accounting department for payroll verification.
Facilitates employee understanding of payroll procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
