The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CMM, FAI, inspection, calipers, and micrometers.
This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
This is a second shift opportunity!
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and document results in accordance with AS9100 standards Use CMM equipment to measure and analyze product dimensions and tolerances Operate and maintain various inspection tools, including calipers and micrometers Collaborate with production team members to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspection activities and results Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
2
years of experience in a quality technician role in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of CMM, FAI, inspection, As9100, calipers, and micrometers Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work on the 2nd shift as neededIf you are a highly skilled and experienced quality technician looking for a permanent position in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
