30 PM (30 min Lunch) Many More!Job DetailsWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Permanent Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency in our products.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in foundry, metallurgy, and quality assurance will be heavily relied upon.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, finished goods, and stability samples.
Implement and improve quality control operating procedures.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems.
Conduct investigations regarding out of specifications (OOS) results and address and manage complaints regarding quality issues.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in foundry, metallurgy, or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
Certifications including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma preferred.
Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
