Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the Human Resources Manager for our manufacturing client, you'll lead crucial administrative functions, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with departmental managers, and execute human resource and talent strategies.
Acting as a liaison, you'll enhance job profiles, oversee recruitment firms, and ensure compliance.
Beyond talent acquisition, you'll shape their culture, develop a comprehensive strategy, revise retention policies, and foster partnerships with educational institutions.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading talent acquisition, collaborating on required skills, and scheduling interviews.
Executing human resource and talent strategy with the senior leadership team.
Enhancing job profiles and managing recruitment firms.
Ensuring compliant job descriptions and implementing performance management.
Establishing and updating a compensation strategy based on market research.
Overseeing disciplinary meetings, ensuring compliance, and applying HR policies.
Aligning strategic HR goals with business initiatives and maintaining HR systems.
Providing support to HR staff and implementing retention strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

years of similar experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong communication, collaboration, and bilingual skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, HRIS software, and social media sourcing.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
