ServiceDesk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst WOOD DALE, IL 6 MONTHS CTH Work Schedule:
The schedule will be day shift Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6:
00AM to 6:
00PM each week.
They will work alternate Wednesdays where they are on 1 week on Wednesday from 6:
00 to 6:
00pm and the next week they are off.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree with an accredited college in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, preferred.
3-5 years of practical business experience Experience with cloud, web and/or networked computing environments (Office 365, Windows Server, MS Exchange 2013 or 2016, Active Directory 2016, etc.
).
Strong understanding of networking, mobile and VPN technologies Industry certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, ITIL, MCSA, MCSE) nice to have.
Must have prior experience with IT Service Management systems (i.
e.
ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
), Has a high degree of professionalism, attentiveness and communication excellence Ability to diplomatically interact and communicate with all levels within an organization Ability to apply proper office management practices and administrative support processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and within a team environment Must be local to Chicago land ServiceDesk Analyst Recommended Skills Active Directory Group Administration Analytical Cisco Certified Network Associate Cloud Computing Comp Tia A
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
